* An AVERAGE doll will cost $ 10.95 if shipped anywhere in the U.S. by AIR MAIL PARCEL POST and takes about a WEEK TO TEN DAYS for delivery , often less . To EUROPE aprox $16.20 . Courier service is quicker but quite costly. * All other countries please e - mail me for International rates .
